New Street Sweeping Program Coming to Prince George's County

The new street sweeping program was scheduled to begin on October 10. Our neighborhood has been designated as Zone 4. Zone 4 activity will take place on Thursdays between the hours of 9AM to 3PM.

Homeowners are asked to remove their cars from the street to keep the curbs clear to facilitate the cleaning activity. If cars create a hindrance, the streets may not be swept.

Holiday Trash Schedule - Christmas , New Year , MLK Day

The trash pickup schedules for the next 3 public holidays have been modified.

Christmas, New Year's Day and Martin Luther King Week have been changed for our neighborhood.

Regular trash pick up for Thursday will move to Friday of that week.

Christmas pickup will be on Friday December 27.

New Year's Day pickup will be on Friday, January 3, 2025

The Community Newsletter - Legendary Times  Spring/Summer 2025 edition is now available.

Registered website users will receive a copy by email. (Please check spam - if missing).

Other residents will receive a copy through the management company. Please help defray the administrative costs and register as a website user.  It is more cost efficient and timely.
