Welcome to Country Fields at Fishers (CFF). Nestled in the heart at Fishers, Indiana, just south of 141st Street and west of Cumberland Road, our 118-unit condominium community offers a friendly, vibrant place to call home.

Established in March 1999, CFF is governed by a five-member Board of Directors — President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and At-Large Member — supported by a dedicated Property Manager from Kirkpatrick Management Company (KMC). Our Board meets regularly on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m., with an annual community-wide meeting every November.

Our Association takes pride in maintaining a beautiful, well-kept community. We provide a variety of services, including landscaping, snow removal, and upkeep of our shared spaces. Residents enjoy access to a clubhouse, fitness room, swimming pool, tennis court, and two scenic ponds with fountains.

Beyond our amenities, the CFF Social Committee helps bring neighbors together through fun, seasonal events like our St. Patrick’s Day celebration, summer barbecue, and holiday gathering.
